It began 20 years ago with a dream. After two decades in the healthcare sector, Amy Wieber felt a pull for something more. The idea of starting a catering company was a musing diversion while working at a job she enjoyed, but one that did not feed her soul. At a professional crossroads, Amy decided to take a leap–transforming her passion her profession. And from the playful phrase “This is a flaming bag of…”, we are proud to bring you good shi*t.

Our mission is to feed everyone, especially those who suffer from food insecurity. We’re passionate about collaborating in community events and local charities that share this vision.
